Chalmor at the Energy Event 2007

On the 12th and 13th September at the National Motorcycle Museum in Birmingham, Chalmor showed a number of recently introduced products at The Energy Event 2007, as well as promoting our innovative Pay As You Save schemes.

Products featured on the stand included the new Autolux 7-channel lighting controller, the versatile BlueWave 2-channel controller, the CAT4 heating controller and the latest versions of the maintenance-free Endurance luminaire, offering a 60,000 hour lamp life. Other popular products included the EasiFit T5 conversion kit and the Brilliance high output, long life light fitting – as well as a range of competitively priced products that typically deliver a payback of less than one year.

Also featured on the stand were Chalmor’s ‘Pay As You Save’ schemes, which allow end users to pay for equipment from the energy savings achieved. These schemes enable many energy-savings projects to be implemented with minimum capital cost.

The new Autolux Universal Controller from Chalmor is a highly flexible, competitively-priced 7-channel controller that provides a combination of timed switching, occupancy and response to changing light levels. As such, it provides the functionality of a high-end lighting management system for a fraction of the cost.

BlueWave is a remarkably versatile 2-channel lighting controller provides a cost-effective solution to many lighting control applications based on occupancy, light levels and timer controls in one or two zones.

New to the Endurance family of long-life energy-efficient light fittings is a 200W open version, ideal for low and high bay applications, which features 15% higher efficiency than other models.

The CAT4 heating controller incorporates boiler load control to maximise boiler efficiency by adjusting the boiler firing pattern to suit load conditions and ambient temperature. It is also ideal for controlling other types of heating including electric, radiant and warm air systems.
