Cold Stores

The low temperatures of cold stores and cold rooms can have a dramatic effect on the efficiency of lighting. Chalmor’s Endurance luminaires are able to operate down to temperatures of -40°C with no loss of light output. Offering instant re-strike, Endurance can also be combined with occupancy controls so that lighting is only activated when the cold store/room is in use.
