Chalmor ethos is based around lighting system design. System design is essential in delivery of correct industry standard Lux level requirements, pleasant working conditions and optimising energy and carbon reduction.
Chalmor’s Sector Managers are trained in the art of lighting system designs. As part of their training they complete a Lighting Industry Association (
LIA) qualification. Our schemes offer:

- Our systems offer controllability, through the inclusion of daylight and or occupancy controls, which further help to deliver additional energy savings
- We integrate natural daylight into our schemes where possible, which can further reduce the demand for energy and by specifying dimmable fittings, lighting can adjust as daylight deteriorates to ensure lux levels remain constant
- All Chalmor lighting designs consider location, durability and serviceability. Which means our client’s have the ability to maintain the system over its lifecycle
