This controller allows urinals to flush only when washrooms are in use, preventing wasteful flushing at other periods, to save money and conserve water.
Regulates water usage in automatic urinal flushing systems by preventing the cistern from filling during periods when the washrooms are not used.
Occupancy is detected by the integral PIR movement sensor. Providing the sensor sees movement then it will activate the solenoid valve to allow the cistern to fill. The fill time and flushing frequency are fully adjustable and suitable for different size cisterns.
To maintain hygiene an automatic single flush is activated every 12 hours whenever the washroom has not been used, for example at weekends and during holidays.
For ease of installation the Water Manager is battery powered. Alkaline batteries give over two years normal operation. A mains powered unit is also available.
