It is essential for organisations to get employees to buy in to any energy efficiency measures as they are on the front line interacting with equipment on a daily basis. For example, if they leave machinery on, heating comes on too early, lighting is not controlled, these all greatly contribute to energy wastage and costs and overall hit profitably.
