Chalmor is proud to announce that last night it was the overall winner of the Innovation Award 2010.

The awards were presented by Shawn Coles, Organiser of the Energy Show 2011.

The Finalists were Chalmor, Marks & Spencer and the Ministry of Defence

A commendation went to the Ministry of Defence

The overall Winner was Chalmor with it's two entries.

Judges comments:

" A clear winner for two innovations - its eTRV radiator isolation valves that offer a simple solution to saving energy and its LifeSaver product which allows companies to finance the installation of new efficient lights solely through the savings they make, with no capital outlay."

About the Innovation Award

The Award was open to any company involved in the energy sector. It could, for example, be awarded for a new type of contract, method of business, technological development or customer initiative - anything that is notable for the positive change it has already had on industry practices or the potential improvements it may bring.

Decisions on award winners were given by both an expert panel of independent judges and a voting system.
