Chalmor’s sales team follow a strict training and development programme which includes working towards a Lighting Industry Association (LIA) Certificate, which provides the Sector Managers with an excellent general and technical understanding of all aspects of lighting design.
Uniquely we take a sector specific approach to training, which benefits our customers. We train our staff not just in the nuances of lighting, heating and controls, but also with a broad understanding of the industry in which they deal.
Chalmor’s team is able to deliver energy efficient and cost effective schemes within Chartered Institution of Building Services Engineers (CIBSE) LUX level guidelines.
